I am doing a very similar thing here at my QTH. I have a Icom 756 Pro and have it hooked up to HRD via a $9 interface cable I bought (new) on eBay. See my blog for details. I have ordered the Signalink and am eagerly awaiting delivery.

Watch for me on 14070 as soon as I get it!

Although I was very pleased to have the option, I postponed the installing because I wanted to figure out a way to measure the stability improvement before and after installing. I was a little ashamed to reply I didn’t. Promised him and myself to do this as quickly as possible. At this new years day I’m a little tired anyway, didn’t feel like anymore work around the house. So I sat down and opened my TS-850. Before I started with installing, I googled around to find a story of installing this option. Didn’t find anything. Dagelijks een half uurtje is voldoende om na verloop van tijd… zeg een jaar, dan moet je toch al aardig wat kunnen nemen. Ik heb dat vroeger ook zo gedaan, met een groep op 2 meter en dan elke dag oefenen. Succes, 73 Paul

It’s really nice to play around with WSPR. Now I started today with WSJT7 to make QSO’s with WSPR (very basic) and JT65A. Because after months of beaconing I wanted to make QSO’s. There is more excitement when you can make QSO’s in this mode. Good luck, 73 Paul
